OFFICE SPACE: MEQUON
Mikkelson Builders offers three distinct office parks in the Mequon area. Glen Oaks I and II are our newest buildings, featuring upscale finishes and geared for mid to large sized tenants. Galleria is a traditional brick and cedar colonial styled office building with suites that favor single offices and smaller sized tenants. Mequon Office Park includes five Tudor styled buildings and offers an incredible value in the Mequon area.
We design, own, manage and lease our own buildings. This in-house approach allows us to build-out and lease office space at a much lower cost than competitors. Our leases are a two page document with simple and direct terms. Rates include all triple net charges: utilities, insurance, taxes, cleaning, refuse, snow removal, landscaping, etc. Unlike our competitors, you pay only for the office space you occupy and are not charged for the halls, restrooms, lobbies, etc.
Glen Oaks Office Park
Glen Oaks Office Park comprises six buildings totaling over 80,000 square feet of office space. Suites vary in size from a single suite of 100 square feet to larger suites up to 3500 sq. ft. Allied Technologies Online, Inc. is located at the 1001 building and serves over 40 single offices, providing phone answering and reception. The center offers a “pay as you go” policy for all other services such as word processing, a conference room, faxing, and copying. Many tenants begin their tenancy in the Call Center building, and relocate to larger suites as they grow. Lease rates begin at $15 per sq. ft. gross, including utilities, parking, taxes, lawn care and snow removal.
The Glen Oaks II buildings are Mikkelson Builders’ two newest buildings in the Mequon area. The offices feature upscale finishes and are geared for the mid to larger size tenants. Large, operable windows and bright balconies provide spectacular views to wetlands, trees and a classic Wisconsin red barn. Tenants are within minutes of the freeway system, local restaurants and services. Rates start as low as $17 per sq. ft. gross including taxes, lawn care and snow removal and utilities other than electric.
Galleria Office Building
Galleria is located just north of the intersection of Port Washington and Mequon Roads with easy access to 1-43. Just 15 minutes from downtown Milwaukee, Galleria is a traditional brick and cedar colonial with suites leaning toward the single office or smaller tenant. Services, restaurants, and Mequon’s best shopping are just down the Street. Rates start at $18 per sq. ft. gross.
Mequon Office Park
Just minutes from the intersection of Mequon and Port Washington Roads, and a 15 minute drive from downtown Milwaukee, Mequon Office Park offers five buildings and over 80,000 square feet of office space. A variety of suites from 130 to 1,200 square feet attract the more cost conscious businesses. With rates starting as low as $12 per sq. ft. gross including heat, A/C, electricity, taxes, lawn care, parking and snow removal, Mequon Office Park offers a great value in the Mequon area.
