At Mikkelson Builders, our specialty is custom homes.  We take great pride in designing and building unique homes of the highest quality and efficiency.  One of the benefits of working with us is that all Mikkelson homes are expedited by the owners:  John Mikkelson, Cameron Mikkelson, and Fred Dahms Jr. Our clients work directly with the owners throughout the entire building process and will not get handed to a 3rd party.

Another benefit is our True Cost Billing, whereby you are provided an itemized list of costs for each category of construction including itemized profit and overhead.  Rarely seen in the construction industry, this system allows for the flexibility of using contractors of your choice; you can simply remove a price from the itemization and replace it with the price of a contractor of your choosing.  We truly believe in an honest and open approach to design and construction with our clients.
